ABOUT ME AND WHY I WROTE THIS BLOG

I’m a Principal Solution Architect specialising in Microsoft Unified Communications with over 12 years experience delivering telephony, video conferencing and collaboration solutions based on Microsoft technologies. Currently, I focus primarily on designing and developing cloud solutions such as Microsoft Direct Routing as a Service.
At the beginning of last year (2020), I realised that without the knowledge of programming I will always be at the mercy of vendors and complex workarounds. Therefore, I decided to learn it… The journey from a system integrator to developer has been (and still is) very fulfilling but challenging. What made my journey a lot easier was the amazing content published by others on various forums and blogs. It is fair to say that I benefitted greatly from the work of other people. Therefore, I’ve decided to do my bit and share some of my knowledge by creating this blog. I hope it will make other’s journey a little bit easier too.
